Music is as important to my life as my breathing to stay alive. Music keeps me alive. My entire life depends on music. When I work, good music makes me do good work. My mood changes are solely controlled by music only.
They say, when you put the best sounds in this universe together, music is born. Music is divine. I can see God when I listen to good music. I cannot imagine my life without music.
You are totally healthy if you have a healthy body and a healthy mind. Healthy mind helps in improving your physical health and your sense of well being. Once you have a positive thought process, you see good in whatever comes your way and you are able to do well in your life. This good gives you a feel good effect that helps you to boost your temperament, your performance in every sphere of your life.
Total health can be attained by having a positive mind set and a physically fit body. You should exercise daily, eat healthy and remain happy. You can also resort to meditation for having a calm and peaceful mind.
You must take out some time everyday for doing some sort of daily exercise. You may do whatever you like best. You may walk, run, swim, cycle, do some aerobics, do some yoga, for about half an hour, if you do have a real busy schedule and cannot go to a gym for a rigorous exercise daily. But please be consistent and do not give up midway.
You should also give attention to the food you are eating. Give up sugar, excess salt, spices, alcoholic drinks, tobacco etc, if you are indulging in these habits. Eat healthy, exercise daily, think bright and bingo, you are healthy and fit, no matter howsoever busy daily work schedule you have.
