Photos are files that someone can send around, print or use later.
iPhones use infrared cameras to identify its users’s identity, to open up access to the phones data and it’s services. There is no “photo” taken, and the data taken cannot get out of the phone.
The problems with your question: There are no photos taken, and not “while using the phone”, just during the login process. Your question states these to be facts. That is either a misformulation, or it is intentionally bad.
