In Mozilla Firefox

- On your Windows PC press the windows and R keys together. It will open the run dialogue box.
- In the run dialogue box type inceptl.cpl and click the OK button.

- Next scroll down to the security option.
- Here you can see the SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 option and a box next to them. Tick mark those boxes to configure the settings.
- Next, just click the OK button. The changes you made will be applied and saved.
Solution 2: Reduce Privacy Setting to Medium or Low
- Open the start menu, search for the run option and click on it to open the run dialogue box.
- Enter the command inceptl.cpl and then click on the OK button to open the Internet properties window.
- Now locate the Privacy tab on the upper left side of the window and click on it to open.
- Next, lower the privacy bar to Medium or Low.
- Then click on the advance button and look for the cookies option. It will be set to not allow, click on it to change the status to allow.
Solution 3: Uncheck the ‘Save Encrypted Page’ option
- On the same internet, settings window click on the advance tab and this time and go to the security section.
- Find the ‘Do not save encrypted pages’ option from the list of security options and if you see the box next to it is checked with a tick mark, click on it to uncheck.
