We help to design and produce a seismic cable restraint system to protect buildings from earthquakes. These burrs inhibited proper thread function related to feeding the cables through the bolts. Hydrophone cables provide for the use of hydrophones instead of traditional geophones, thus allowing the implementation of expedited seismic surveys in lakes, rivers, wells etc. We offer a complete range of 12 or 24-channel seismic cables for refraction or surface reflection. We are able to create customized land streamers, perfect for facilitating fast surveys on all terrains where a vehicle can be used to drag geophones. Scientists have for the first time shown that it is possible to detect the propagation of seismic waves on the seafloor using submarine telecommunications cables. According to their observations, this existing infrastructure could be used to detect earthquakes, as well as swell and underwater sound. The ocean floor is criss-crossed by 1.2 million kilometers of telecommunications cables (three times the distance from the Earth to the Moon). Made up of optical fibers, they facilitate much of our communication by telephone, SMS and e-mail. And they could soon take on a new role, that of detecting acoustic and seismic waves. For applications in the sea, rivers, basins or in wells, we can also make customised hydrophonic cables, suitable for all surveys under water.
